Access to SilkOS is provided subject to an applicable agreement with your organization. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for using the platform lawfully.

You retain responsibility for the business, shipment, and quotation information submitted by your organization. SilkOS processes this information to provide the agreed platform services.

We may improve, update, or modify the platform from time to time. Any material service commitments are governed by the agreement with your organization.
